1.Service Range:All the products have been sold by MOSVO company.
2.MOSVO company ensure our products meet the specifications promised features, technical specifications, indicators. To the technology of third party fittings,we’re no right to serve ,Beg your pardon.
3.Guarantee:If there is any problem ,we’ll maintain it for free within 3 months.
4.Maintenance period:We’ll check the returned products after receiving and confirm the maintaining charge ,we’ll need five working days (Non-transit time),for special reasons ,we would consider it.
5.Maintenance charge: we just charge the component material for the damaged product,which is destroyed for improper use ;you should pay the component materials;Over the products Guarantee period,we will take the charges according to the damage level.
6.Transportation costs:Customers are responsible for return shipment costs,we are responsible for the shipping costs after repairing.

2.We won’t assure you the maintainance for the problematic products for misuse or abuse.
3.We won’t maintain the problematic products for teardown,maintainable or recombination without our permit.
4.We won’t maintain the problematic products with serious damaged crust if it’s caused for improper usage.

1.Client should return the problematic Products together with the particular introduction,so that we can maintain it as quiddy as possible,and solve the problem.
2.In order to return the maintained products promptly to you,client should fill in the contact address,telephone number ,fax and linkman etc.
3.Client should make sure to return your problematic products in a reliable conveyance way and package,in case the breakage for conveyance. we’re not responsible for the loss caused by improper conveyance or other irresistable reason .So our advice is to transact a conveyance insurance.
